  • Post-meditation yoga flow class to wake up and wiggle out your body

  • Resources for overcoming negative self-talk and body anxieties
  • An evening slow flow yoga class & breath practices to ease stress and anxiety

 
DAY 3

  • Morning visioning and meditation to bring your most feel good self to life
  • Guided breath practices to calm negative self-talk, ease anxiety, and calm the mind and body
  • Exploration of why body talk sucks and what you can do instead
  • Group activity to practice releasing negative body talk and supporting one another to love our bodies
