Because I have lived the THRIVE transformation. The THRIVE Transform program was inspired by my own personal struggles with an eating disorder and negative body image.
You should know that the woman I am today is not the woman I have always been.
Today I am a thriving. I am a confident, bold woman in love with her body and her life. I wake up, look at myself in the mirror, and honestly love every part of my body. I celebrate my body by participating in joyful activities. These days I actually have fun working out (gasp!). And, I haven’t counted a calorie or weighed myself in years. I am living the life I never dreamed possible.
This is the woman I am because I chose to rise up from the woman I was.
I used to live a life defined by fear, doubt, and perfectionism. I was plagued by debilitating anxiety and tortured by an all-encompassing struggle with disordered eating. It wasn’t until I dedicated myself to learning to love my body that my life began to change. I committed myself to pursuing all that brings me joy and made feeling good in my body a top priority. I ditched the scale, stopped over-analyzing my food choices, and refused to do any physical workouts that didn’t bring me joy in the moment. I did the opposite of everything society tells you to do. By doing so, I traded negative body image, disordered eating habits, and crippling insecurity for joy and unimaginable self-love.
You can do the same. You can choose to live life differently.

How it works:
Phase 1 – Joy: To love your body, you must prioritize your own joy.
This course is all about giving you the tools to fall madly in love with your body without changing a damn thing. That’s why on day one of the THRIVE Transform course I will give you the answer to the BIG question – How do I love my body despite my cellulite-covered thighs, flabby arms, stretch marks, etc, etc. Spoiler Alert – It’s NOT what you think.
In phase one you will get clear on exactly how you want to feel in your body every single day. You will receive the tools to prioritize joy in your body and your life. This is the phase in which you boldly choose to live life differently and create a joyful plan of action to make it happen.
Phase 2 – Self-Care: Overcoming the shit-storm of negativity and anxiety
This phase of the program is all about prioritizing ease and peace within. This is where you will learn to let go of self-doubt, anxious thoughts, and negative self-talk. You will receive the tools to relax and restore mind, body, and soul. You will get exclusive access to my favorite calming breath practices, as well as the meditation that allowed me to rise above my own debilitating struggle with anxiety and incessant body negativity.
Phase 2 is all about slowing down, turning off, and tuning in. Ahh, it’s going to be so sweet.
Phase 3 – Lady Power: Changing the way we think about, talk about, and collectively view our bodies
This is the phase where we celebrate our queenship. Yes, you read that correctly, I said QUEENSHIP. You are a queen. I am a queen. We are all queens. We are badass women doing the unthinkable – daring to love our wild and perfectly, imperfect bodies in a society that promotes rigid body ideals, insecurity, and perfectionism. Gah, we are so badass.
This phase highlights the need for women to ban together to support and empower one another to show up and shine bright. You are not alone in your journey – in your strengths and struggles. We are in this together. We have a responsibility as women to build each other up, not break each other down. To close out the program, you will discover how to do this not only with your fellow THRIVE Tribe members, but with your family, friends, and peeps back home.
This is where the body love transformation goes beyond you, beyond all of us, and out into the world. This is the ripple of change.
