Spend three days and two nights with me and the Body Love Tribe at the Sky Meadow Retreat Center in breathtaking Greensboro Bend, Vermont – aka my home state of love and all things green and mountainous. From Friday, June 24th until Sunday, June 26th we will steal away to the countryside to fall in love with our bodies exactly as they are. We will practice yoga, dance, meditate, write, share our stories, eat local foods, hug, laugh, and play outside.
Together we will redefine what it means to love our bodies.
If you have ever looked in the mirror and felt embarrassed or disappointed by what you saw… If you are tired of feeling uncomfortable in your own body… If you find it challenging to prioritize your own self-love and care…
Then, this retreat was designed for you.
The Body Love Retreat isn’t about teaching you to eat better, to exercise more, or to get further into your yoga postures. It is so not about that.
The Body Love Retreat is about giving you the tools needed to create a more loving relationship with your body. It’s about giving you the tools to look in the mirror and say, “Hell, yes. This is my body, and I am so excited to be living in it.”
I should warn you, you will come away from this weekend saying things like…
“Girl, you are so fine.”
“Let it go.”
“Get it girl!”
“I’d rather feel good than look good.”
…and I can’t wait to hear these beautiful words roll of your lips.

4 pm Arrival, Hugs, Intention Setting, & Mini Danceparty
5 pm – 6:30 pm Feeling Good vs. Looking Good – The Body Love Motherload
7 pm – 8 pm Dinner
8 pm – 10 pm Opening night Body Love Dance Party
8 am Breakfast
9 am – 11:30 am Yoga & Movement, Guided Meditation, and Body Love Exercises including scale-ditching rituals!
12 pm – 2 pm Lunch & Free Time to explore the beautiful grounds of the Sky Meadow Retreat Center
2 pm- 5 pm Body Love Yoga (aka shake it girl!), Tuning Into Your Intuition Meditation, and more Body Love Exercises including journaling and group storytelling
5 pm- 6 pm More Free Time because I’m telling ya this place is gorgeous
6 pm Dinner
7 pm- 10 pm Body Love Dance Party
8 am Breakfast
9 am- 11 am Body Love Yoga, Group discussion and sharing, Closing Meditation, and Final Remarks
12 pm- 2 pm Lunch & Goodbye Hugs (and probably tears, you’ve been warned).
All meals will be vegetarian and feature local, organic, and whole ingredients as often as possible. Much of the produce comes from Sky Meadow’s on-site gardens.
